Given that a significant portion of our team works remotely, this gathering reaffirmed the importance of occasionally meeting in person. The joy of reuniting with colleagues, some of whom we had only interacted with behind screens, was palpable. The bonds that formed and strengthened over just a few days were a testament to the shared vision and camaraderie we foster at our company.

Senior management and the product team unveiled our product roadmap and shared some BAGs (big audacious goals) for 2024. Their presentations weren’t just informational; they were motivational.
